In Pursuit Of the Opel Corsa Girl

I know life’s not that tough but what if I try to find something desperately and don ‘t get a tip of it. Suddenly life turns into hell. “U will definitely achieve the thing if u have strong desire for it”...Oh ya I have seen Jab We Met. It was a smart movie. But hey Life’s not Jab We met and Defiantely Imtiaz Ali is not directing it.I always loved speed and I have a broader view of almost everything in life through the relation with speed- Be it my Ambition of becoming a fighter pilot ,My drinks, Food, My work and or my Girl friend.I always admire anything which is faster than me...A Fighter aircraft which moves faster than my voice, Smirnoff vodka which destrains me with such amazing speed, or a girl who drives faster than me.Ya....I know that women are reckless drivers but someone wise once said that god also makes mistakes...so????....so we have exceptions.!!!!!

Recently I encountered a girl who drives faster than me.... She surpassed me at almost 120km/hr...we didn’t knew each other but we kinda raced for almost 5-6 kms...N ya though I got few glaces of her...I am sure that she’s pretty!!!..She never slowed to look back...n why should she???thatz not expected...I mean Winners never look back....It’s different thing that she was driving Opel corsa ,the german engineering derived biggie and I was driving Suzuki Alto,the chota-bacha of Indo-Japanese Union. But still there was some sense of admiration for her. It was almost Instinctive that I remembered the car....That girl n her black corsa swayed my mind for many days. I was praying to god that let us meet one more time...It was ridiculous but I droved through DND for 3-4 times ..in a “miserable” hope that I may again catch her. The winter dayz were passin by like my pocket money n the memory had started fading partially n then Bam!!!!!!....I saw a black Opel Corsa parked in my university parking...I was not sure but my intuition echoed the things which my heart wanted to listen. Number of question were shooting out of my mind-Is this the car????Wat’s it doin in here?????and most importantly Was this girl a student here????Gosh!!!!!!!Should I ask her for Yet another race?????and then perhaps a coffee at Morisson Café!!! Life is full of surprises and i really love this uncertainty in the life.I was So engulfed by those silly questions that I never noticed that the gal was standing infront of the car. Her countenance clearly indicated that she is quite surprised n confused by the way m lookin at her car.She said “ Itz my car”

I said “ya”...I jus got confused!!!!!
She calmly said “confusion's nt gd!!"

Man!!!!She was lovely n has great body.I don believe in First sight fundas n love...but I do believe in intutions n good times and Let’s see if we can race again n ummm..The one who wins..will buy the coffee!!!!!!!

Endless Pools

The temperature’s really down here in delhi but that doesn’t discourage me to go for my swimming session at Vihar Club. Swimming and circuits were always my favorite exercise forms .Ofcourse I also like to pump irons in gym but I prefer swimming more than any other cardio vascular exercise .I am not a regular at club but I try my best to be there for atleast 10-12 times a month. Believe me swimming can magically enhance your body stamina. Now a days I can clock 10km everyday on treadmill and 8km on road, Although I don’t do road running now a dayz. Initially it was not like that...I was under weight by almost 8 kgs.My gym instructor was very strict about my warm up exercises. He insisted on just 3 kms, twice a week regime on the threadmill along with 3 sets of pushups and chin ups, that too with long breaks. I could not understand it at that time.His theory was that iam already very low on calories .so there’s no point in wasting calories on base exercises like pushup,chin ups, threadmills etc.He warned me against doing the threadmill daily.I also figured it out that whenever I try to exceed 6kms mark, I feel terribly tired. And that tiring feeling slogs for atleast 3-4 days.It was really very irritating. But then I started my swimming and it dramatically improved my stamina. Now I don do the traditional Lat,back,Biceps,Triceps,Leg excercises cycle...rather I prefer circuit exercises which are fast n compact.Circuit exercises increases your blood circulation through out the body and is a awesome way to boost the cardio vascular system.sand bag and parallel bar are the preferred exercises.I do 30 reps for every type in total 3 sets separated by the break of few seconds.

Coming back to swimming, U can feel every upper and lower muscle after a ½ hr stint.swimming offers great flexibility and u can change the area of focus within few moments.The best part is that lower and lats are getting worked out, irrespective of the form.In initials u can start with 100m breast strokes gradually promoting the levels to back stroke and ultimately to butterfly.For starters fins or paddles can be used.Butterfly Stroke consumes lot of energy and depends on strong movements of leg and sweeping action of hands. I saw some ingenious ideas here ....like- One arm stroke, head touch, fist first sculling, Head first sculling.All these exercises are focused on developing the lat muscles,back muscles and the neck muscles.Once yor are done with the basic forms you can either do the endurance Swimming or Fast pace swimming.In endurance I swim continuously for 200m and then take a short break of 60secs after which I try to roll back the 200m.I increase the level according to my food n beverage intakes. So when M gulping 7-8 pegs of vodka and eating more than 1/2 kgs of non-veg I make it a point to increase my level to 250m or 300m.... Fast swimming is totally based on time.It’s like improving on the duration every time ur attempting a fast pace exercise.You can use the pool clock for that.At present I manage to clock 1min 50 secs for a single 100m swim-through, but this duration increases significantly wen I try two fast paces in seccession.The second swim through almost takes 2min20 secs...Ya ya I knw it’s too slow compared to the first.

Well u knw wat besides the usual benefits there’s also a gd benefit in swimming...U can always soak some heat from the hot bods at the swimming club..Ya..That’s the bonus.N man!things can go far if u have a sexy and fit body!!!!!

Dawn of targeted Assassination In Pakistan

Last many hours have been really dynamic...Pakistani opposition leader Benazir Bhutto was shot down by a fidayeen bomber .The suicide bomber was behind her and shot 3 rounds on her .The weapon was a handgun so the bullet probably was magnum or from similar group.The Bullet fractured her skull resulting in serious hemorrhage. The conditions in Pakistan are really deteriorating fast and there’s a special concern about this as far as India is concerned. She had fallen in a game which is not new in Pakistan. Army Generals and Extremist Leaders have repeatedly Disturbed Pakistani political system. I am sure Jinnah never thought about this..He never had a clue that Pakistan will turn to a path of becoming rogue state.There’s an increased amount of activity of intel agencies in India, Afganistan and CIA substations in Southern Asia. Remember that Pakistan is a nuclear state and the disturbed political system can be a real threat to the national interests of many countries including NATO countries.

Pakistan is fighting insurgents and tribals in the Pak-Afghan border and for last weeks there’s also a rise in the anti-government activities of rebels in Waziristan Area. Al Qaeda and Other associate organizations are working hard to dismantle the hold of Pakistani military on weapons of mass destruction. But the smuggling of few nuclear devices cannot be ruled out. Pakistan military has some trained soldiers and officers who can assemble n dissemble a nuclear device and there's high probability that few of them can defect to terror organization. There’s one player in this game which plays every time but remains invisible. This player have been the reason of Pakistani military’s hold on political leadership.I am talking about Inter services Intelligence.ISI is an important player and right now it's difficult to pin point it’s role in the assassination. But there’s one thing for sure that ISI had the tip of this Assassination Plan .

One name that comes into my mind is that of Mehsud. Mehsud is a Hard Line Islamic Extremist leader in North Waziristan and is closely associated with Taliban.He may have the direct role in planning the assassination. There’s an indication that he marked Bhutto for assassination right from the month of October.There’s also indications that Mustafa Abu Al-Yazid is also involved in the operation.He is Al-Qaeda’s afghan War commander and has earned lot of respect from Queda Governing Board.The involvement of yazid connects to the deputy commander of Queda Network Ayman-Al Zawahiri.It can be said that Zawahiri may have issued the order for this assassination operation.

This operation would have been a failure ,if ISI or Mujhahideens tried to do it alone.I believe It is a joint effort.But the consequences will be dangerous than this.As of Now the general elections are cancelled and musharraf is the sole power in islamabad.

ABC of ABM system

As the name suggests, Anti Ballistic Missiles or ABM is the system to shoot down any incoming ballistic missiles. ABMs are used for shooting down Nuclear tipped missiles as well conventional explosive Missiles.But the fact that most of the long range ballistic missiles are nuclear tipped increases the importance of ABM system.It's a Highly complex technology that employs best of Rocket science,Aeronautics,Radar Technologies and Co-ordinated data systems.Few countries have been able to perform successful ABM trials And some have deployed them in active operations also. But the systems which are opeartional are very rudimentary in nature so the alternative defence strategy has been deviced- A multi tier Defence system.It will be a combination of exo-atmospheric and endo-atmospheric Interceptors.

Now check this scenario- India and Pakistan are engaged in an all out war and Indian forces have already marched inside Lahore. On the western front Indian Armoured brigades are making Lightning strikes against pak forces, Crushing them and moving ahead towards Peshawar through Rawalpindi and threatening to cut Pakistan into 2 parts. Air force is bombarding Pakistani strategic and tactical Positions. The over all scenario is that Indian defense forces are crushing Pakistani forces in a conventional but intense war. In Despair Pakistani Army launches a barrage of Hatf-5(Code name-Ghauri) Missiles towards New Delhi. Ghauri is an nuclear capable missile with a diameter of 1.25 m and range of roughly 1000 km with a payload of 700kg. A Single missile is enough to destroy delhi and adjoining areas. The GreenPine and Aerostat Long range radars Pick up the missiles after 30 seconds of launch. Exo-Atmospheric interceptor missles are launched from Indian bases to destroy the missile at around 47km above earth’s surface. Some Pak missiles are destroyed with direct and partial hit, but 1 missile escapes and is plunging towards new delhi.A second attempt is made to destroy the missile with a shorter but faster endo-atmospheric interceptor missile. The interceptor successfully hits ghauri missile at the height of 15 km from earth surface.

Seems like a Paragraph from a science fictional novel??? But this could have been the situation if India and Pakistan went to War after the 2001 Parliament attack. Indian Forces and Pak forces were like eye to eye on the borders of western front. Both countries mobilized their nuclear and conventional missile forces to strategic locations. It is a debated fact that Pak Missile program is well developed than India’s. But I think that india’s successful Anti ballistic missile system Trials will Turn the tables.

On December 6 ,2007 India successfully destroyed a incoming Prithvi Missile with a exo-Atmospheric Interceptor Missile at an altitude of 47 km.With this Success India joined the elite group of countries dealing in successful ABM systems.

Developing an ABM system is more challenging than developing ballistic Missile program- Technically and Financially .ABM requires Advanced Radars, Superb tracking Radars, Sattelites, Advanced ground stations and important of all An High speed,Highly maneuverable Interceptor missile with a Onboard seeker or homing System.The interceptor takes guidance from radar as well as from it’s own seeker. Interceptors can also be nuclear tipped which can be attached with a proximity fuse to blow up the incoming missile. American systems like patriot showed very poor results during Desert Storm. But the results are now better with PAC-3 systems. But in my opinion Israeli Arrow system is the most Accurate one-Largely coz of it’s GreenPine Radar. Arrow and PAC-3 are in complete operational state and are defending Important Installations In North America And Israel. In north America , NORAD Controls all the operations related to ABM systems.

India Has a long way to go before it can actually deploy a fully operational , advanced Multi tier Anti Ballistic Missile Shield. The scenario is really good at this time…and let’s hope the same for the future!!!!

Morning's really chilling today.....With traces of sunshine comin in from my window ..n falling on my face..I really love it....There was time when i used to love rains....That was once upon a time..Now i think i have started loving winter.I am stirring my coffee and n ya winter stirs me more than rains....The joys and blues....bliss n betrayals...... it has the capability to bring out memories.Somehow Winter gives the strength to remember bad moments and that to devoid of pain n anger....nt a usual thing in other seasons...Atleast this is wat i feel in my case...



This winter morning brought memories of some buried moments...N the sun was doin his bit to make them glow.....This was time when "I" was "Us"...Walkin down the black tar roads of this lovely campus....Walkin by the lake...lookin at the seasonal birds takin refuge on the banks of lake ...lovely cool breeze blowin and kissin your face....fallin eucalyptus leaves.... i could not have expected more before spring......I Remember all those...although i didn't had slightest clue that it will be the last time we were walkin that road....but ..yes..it was a beautiful walk....The whole world seemed to be with us.



It takes years to forget tough moments...but it's much much more tougher to forget blissful memories...U know time could be the answer........i haven't experienced a better healer than time........It destroys N It heals. I guess we were never near..We were like barren stones on two different mountains, facing each other...We could not estimate the distance between us..It was very far yet seemed so near..That "winter Fog" diminished the line between practicality N dream.....That was the illusion created by the winter....I am happy that i lived that illusion.....I wish that u still remember the flares in my eyes ...the touch which bedazzled u...I don knw where r u...nor do i wanna head back, but i wish happiness for you ....I am asking for this wish coz I still believe that a blissful moment is far greater than years of pain and betrayal....isn'it????



I think this winter is special...I am gettin the vibes...i think this is the last time u r crossin my mind.I think i will be able to let u go-forever.

The remarkable ability of AK is the ballistic recycling process…This is the secret of it’s high rate of fire…Some of the high pressure gases produced during firing a bullet is diverted to pull the gas bolt. It’s a versatile gun.U can attach any AK version magazine to any AK series rifle…Like U can use a Hungarian AK’s magazine with Soviet AK rifle.

The firing action is very simple…Put the magazine in the slot (U have to press the magazine clip to insert the mag)…..Move the selector or mode switcher to lowest level for single round fire….Pull the bolt…..The bullet is now in the barrel..Aim n shoot…Easy!!!! As each bullet travels through the barrel, a portion of the gases expanding behind it is diverted into the gas tube above the barrel, where it impacts the gas piston……… The piston, in turn, is driven backward, pushing the bolt carrier, which causes the bolt to move backwards, ejecting the spent round, and chambering a new round when the recoil spring pushes it back.

Selector can b used to switch modes to single round fire,double round fire and burst….Similar to SLR version’s in India…

New derivatives are coming out of the standard AK Design…Our own INSAS 5.56 is a derivative of original AK design.The list now includes Galil 5.56 which is now the standard gun for isreali army. Galil is one of the best gun in todays arms market….It has inherited the reliability and robustness from AK.One thing I forgot was the characteristic sound of AK-47…Fire few rounds and u will never forget it’s sound!!!!

Quake in early morning

i was pilotin a Sexy, super-manouverable Sukhoi-30MKI ...I was just above pune skies and i was lookin on small plateus under the tuscan sun....Just then everything shook up....I checked every Avionic reading ......just to figure out ...wat's happened...I yelled on my Wing-man....And suddently i came crashing down on earth.....But m still shaking.....crazy...I thought..I should be dead by now..........and then my senses came back n i realised that hey!!m in dream.........but why the hell m still shaking...or to be precise my bed's shakin???????



I wondered If it's somekind of Supernatural force.....nah...don't gimme that bullshit...I immediately swithced on my my room tubes...Gosh the bed 's really shakin......the room's shakin and to my surprise the whole building seemed to be shakin............It's an earthquake....I shouted and opened the door.....Rajeev was already awake......"Abe Kya ho rahan hai?" he asked.......Looking at his facial expression , it wasn't hard to make out that he never got it........I shouted........."Saale....earthquake hai???????"....

As i was running i wondered is this a after shock or pre tremor............Ultimately we both came outside...It was damn cold.....and no body's out....except us.............
I said to him...."abe eek baat bata ...earthquake hi tha na????"
At the mean time my brother rang me up to ask..."Thik achish to?"(Are u ok????)......
i said .."ya re...wat will happen to me"........
Later the morning rajeev came n said ...'yaar u were right ...it was really an earth quake...Ricter scale 4.42...epicentre was near delhi haryana border"
I said " that's why the tremors were so strong"

uh...Sometimes mother nature also gets annoyed!!!!!!

During an earthquake, actual ground shaking at a particular location mainly depends on three factors............ Source mechanism, propagation path and local soil condition. .............The previous two parameters may be the same in a city..........but different soil conditions may create different degree of damage in some locations..............

Love-O-Phobic----

I was always scared of "love" ......I don know why but i have truely become one love-o-phobic patient.....When i wanted some "serious love affair" i was thrashed on the ground with the force 100 times the value of accelration due to gravity....uh...my dreams..my feelings....all broke.......n blah blah blah.....com'on u know it's alwayz painful......

But life's strange and sometimes i wonder it's not only important to achieve your dreams but to achieve them in exact time is also important............Now when i jump frm one weekend affair to another .....from one roller coaster flirt stint to another........Love's comin my way.......Oh ..i know it's confusing....M also confused...but thought that blogging will make it easier to understand ...for me-- and for other's also............But the strangest thing is that people are throwin affair towards me.......U know i love it...but i think they are expecting too much from me...or they are riding this wave too long..Now how will i tell them that i don think beyond a weekend night ......Meanwhile the story again came to a exciting corner....M again in love...m not sure but i guess this time it;s "AGAIN" true........And i don know wat to do!!!!!!!!I am trying hard to avoid it.......... I know that somewhere in the Universe exists my perfect soulmate...and blah blah blah.....the same ol line frm our bollywood -- but i think looking for her is much more difficult than just staying at home and ordering another pizza.....

ComeSome Dayz

I miss those old comesome days...It was kinda happy time for 4 of us....I just Shifted to a brand new Apartment with 3 of my friends....The 1st few months were extremely interesting....Dining out at Comesome was part of our late weekend night iteinery.......We used to Dine like Mads......But then someOne wise once said...Things never last here....Good or Bad...The soap bubble will burst.....The happy time was followed by some miserable quarrels on unneccesary issues and the rift continued to be wider.....

You know when they say that if you have good frnds..you will never fight with each other...but guess wat??I am really unlucky here....My rommies quarreled and my friends aded more "Alcohol" into it.......I think i tried my best to keep this attached....but when things are destined to be ashed...no body can help it!!!!!!!

But will definately miss those days!!!!!!

life's like rollercoaster

Life is a roller coaster!!Ronan Keating’s smash hit song!!!! One moment I'm up… and the next I come plummeting down to the ground at speeds deemed impossible by physicists. Sometimes I fill with joy and excitement and the other moment m exhausted and knocked out…..That’s life…I am happy that I figured out that on my own…..
I have always been thrilled at not knowing what's around the next corner. The thrill of not knowing what I'm gonna knock into - maybe a closed door, maybe a broom or maybe just fall into a bush with thorns for good measure.I definitely love this uncertainly ….. And I've had the same outlook for larger things in life – school courses, career, love-life, a larger bush. Sorry for the screwed up things…but that’s what I do..I try ..I fall…I again try….M discovering life on my own….It’s been now 6 yrs I left home…………worked at pune n Delhi……done a stint with McDonalds and HCL….But Still life’s teaching me everyday….still I find myself helpless at many corners…Still I walk in rains…just to cry!!!!
In my Biochemistry experiments, I was always told – change one variable at a time. That's what makes the change easy to understand and control. But at this point in my life, suddenly EVERYTHING is changing and all of these aspects HAVE to work out just right. I'm taking all the tests at the same time - and this time around I didn't get any preparatory leave and no one's offering grace marks! And I have nobody to Show me some cheat papers!!!!
I claim to be busy. And, I am. But, I think my mind is busier than my brain. I analyze, brood, dream, repent, anticipate, encourage, respect and blame myself. When I'm done with that, I try to go out in rain n wash out my feelings……You know ,Too much of a feeling is not good…doesn’t matter whether it’s good or bad.
it’s raining and I think I should drive back home…..M already feeling happy about the journey….Will get to see new grasses at sector garden…… I think M gonna stay here and survive….

FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE

This weekend i am again planning to gettin hooked to vodka delights....it's now my 3rd consecutive weekend with this russian beauty..why i like her???it's a tough question.....She's clean, she smells like teen spirit and better of these..it's like kissin a gal frm eastern europe........We indians hardly understand the delights of vodka..in india Rum,Whisky or beer rules the crystal glasses but vodka is really catching up fast..in india also.



Vodka was exported to Sweden frm russia ,it was the 1st export of vodka from russia, way back in 14th or 15th century....sweden is also a huge fan of vodka( guess that's why i find strange similarities between viking gals and russian gals...they are beautiful)....and today whole of eastern europe and northern europe takes dips in vodka.It's made by fermenting mash of grains or vegetables....but i guess potatoes are the preffered vegetables.Rye and wheat are the finest grains for Vodka fermentation.Russian Vodkas are primarily made from wheat and polish are partial towards rye mash.Potatoes are looked after by russians and are manufactured in higly reputed distilleries.Unlike Whisky or Scotch the pots for Vodka are not wooden....when vodka leaves the pot..it's comes out in the form of fine,pure,colourless and spirited liquid with characteristic thin aroma......numerous spices,fruit juices are mixed to bring in colours and aroma...as well as some exotic tastes....Unfortunately in india it's hard to find a bottled spiced russian or polish or sweddish vodka.....Ofcourse we have Bars and Pubs to carry out cocktails but than also the bottled taste is different.....I personally like Okhotnichya type of vodka....In English speaking world it's known as Hunters....Besides the base ingrediant it has pinches of clove ,ginger, lemon peel, coffee and few herbs.....Goin by Brands i thinkAbsolut and Smirnoff are excellent ...followed by Seagram's Fuel and Shilpa Shetty endorsed Romanov....

But there are ways to make exciting delights rm these brands also.......although they don contain any spices or aromatics but still u can always add extras in ur crystal........one of the vodka cocktails i like most is "Bellini Martini".......it contains vodka with peach puree and splash champagne.....If ur at a beach house or a river boat...with ur girlfrnd and u want to have some classy ,quiet moments than go for this vodka delight.......believe me....Bellini Martini is classic drink and brings out love.....use champagne glass flutes....for her glass, u can add extra ice and garnish it with a slice of peach....

while in parties i prefer a touch n fly version of vodka classic "Blue Lagoon"........2 Oz of vodka(i prefer smirnoff)........add 1 oz blue curacao(now ..many of u don knw abt curacao...it's nt that popular in here....it's a kind of liquer made frm orange peels.....)....add ginger and lemonade.....shake it well and then take the sip..........It looks gd(Ocean blue in color)..It smells gd(very hard...alcohol and curacao)...and it tastes even better...so u see it;s delight for senses....That's why i love it...u can shake the floor all night long......

U can use vodka in most unexpected places.....In kitchen,with fruits and vegetable.........Cooking with liqour is nt a popular idea in india..but things are cathcing up nw..........many of u might have heard abt Vodka lemon chicken.........i love that dish.......it's easy to make .........and uses all kind of nutritious elements u can think of....lemon,olive oil,eggs,chicken,milk,vodkaaaaa....and indian spices....believe me ..it tastes wonderful............

i enjoy vodka in watever form i can.......but it's a liquor ...so there has to be some degree of carefulness.....don overdo it.......I guess staying in control and enjoyin is the ultimate thing......

SPACE SHUTTLE ABORT MODES

Space shuttle is the most complex machine build by man but still we hear lots of problem related to it and it’s missions…as they say…more sophistication brings more problems……. Those who follow some bit of Shuttle missions have heard the word -"Mission Abort".What exactly is this??How and in what circumstances a mission is aborted?????So this week it’s all about Shuttle mission abort.



To reduce the complexity of the topic I am 1st writing about shuttle’s ascent abort mode.The ascent abort mode is during the ascent and docking to the space station.There are basically two types of ascent abort modes for the space shuttle-“Intact Aborts” and “Contingency Aborts”

Let’s talk abt Intact abort modes first----There are 4 subcategories for the Intact Abort.

1) Abort-To-Orbit(ATO)-:This Method is devised to Provide a temporary orbit fr the shuttle….this temporary orbit is lower than the nominal orbit. ATO requires less performance rate ,which in turn gives the opportunity to diagnose the problem and rectify it. Depending upon the success to solve the problem the shuttle can make early de-orbit maneuver or an orbital maneuvering thrust vectoring to raise the orbit and continue with the mission.This Technique is used when the crew or ground controllers can rectify the problem in flight.
2) Abort-Once-Around(AOA)-: In this Abort type, Primary Mission is suspended and the shuttle is brought back to earth.This requires a full revolution around earth and to perform 2 different orbital maneuver for lowering of orbit and re-entry of vehicle.The entry sequence will be similar to a normal entry sequence.
3) TransAtlantic Landing(TAL)-:The TAL is designed to land the shuttle on a transatlantic Landing Facility.In this Technoque the shuttle follow a ballistic trajectory .This process is employed when the thrust vectoring are not in synergy.This process doesn’t require Orbital maneuvering .
4) Return-To-Launch Site(RTLS)-: This mode involves flyin downrange to dissipate propellant and than turning arnd under power to return directly to the launch site or near the launch site.


We have Options but there’s a definite order of preference for different modes .The type of failure and the time of failure decides which mode should be selected. In cases where performance failures occur the preferred preferences are in the order of ATO,AOA,TAL AND RTLS. In case of some support system failure like cabin leaks or vehicle cooling problems, the preferred mode might be that which allows to quickly end the mission. In these cases TAL and RTLS are most probable than other 2 methods.A contingency abort is never considered if other option exists.

The mission-control-Houston is the prime caller for abort mode becoz it has the most precise information of shuttle ‘s current location and orbital position.In any case Houston knows more than any other observing station or even than the shuttle crew. Before main engine cutoff Houston periodically informs the shuttle crew which abort mode is available or not available.If gorund Communications are lost than the crew can select appropriate abort mode using onboard sensors and dedicated displays.

In very serious cases like in case of system failures the mission control opts for rapid re entry of the vehicle.TAL and RTLS are preferred in these cases.The shuttle will approximately take 35 minutes to perform these mode while the AOA mode will require 90 minutes. Which of these is elected depends upon the time and extent of failure of shuttle’s engines.



Contingency Abort-: This happens when the main engine of the shuttle fails and the boosters suffers frm low thrust problem.In this case Mission control Houston has to carry out a in flight escape for the crew.This method also involves ditching of space shuttle.The crew escape is carried out before ditching.

India has lost most number of citizens to terror attacks than any other country except iraq...surprisingly Afganistan is behind india.......We are being attacked for more than 2 decades now..on our own land...and it seems that we never get it.......Every terror attack initiates a series of acts.u can say it has now become a common drill..casulties...than throwing the responsibility on some terror outfit..claiming some initial success and than no trail......the tails gone ....no one will ever know wat happens at the last..........Was this a intelligence failure..a political failure ...or failure on the part of citizens.......well it's all of these............Intel failure is the biggest reason of them all...why??????...we have kargil...Attack on Parliament........Attack on J&k Assembly....Last years delhi bomb blast.......mumbai train bomb blast.......intel agencies didn't get a tip of these terror attacks......the intel failure is a complex problem and i will write abt after few days......everyone knows hw good our netas are at handling complex issues.......and citizens...they are just not bothered about these attacks.......there's enough population in india....so losing few people won't make much difference......no body asked why Kargil ops took place....no one asked why mulla omar was released ,when there were enough options...nobody asked wat happened to the convicts of those numerous counter -terror trials.......perhaps indian citizens,intel agencies and politicians need a atom bomb or a large scale biological or chemical attack to bring back the senses....They are killin us slowly and quitely...and believe me this killing rate will keep on rising......
